Google Ads & Marketing Analytics

Achieve Higher ROI with AI & Data-Driven Google Ads

Most ad accounts are optimized on numbers that were never accurate. I fix the measurement first — every call, form and booked job tracked properly — so Google's AI learns from real revenue instead of noise. Then the decisions get better, and so does the performance.

Measure first. Optimize second. Scale with confidence.

Why Me

Optimizing an account with broken tracking is just expensive guessing

Nearly every account I take over has the same problem. Calls are not tracked. One form submission counts three times. Thank-you page views are counted as leads. The reports look fine, and the owner has no idea the numbers are fiction.

That matters more than it used to. Google's bidding is now AI-driven — it learns from whatever conversion data you feed it. Feed it noise and it will confidently spend your budget on the wrong people, every single day.

So I start with measurement. Once the data is honest, optimization becomes obvious, and scaling stops feeling like a gamble.

Decisions from data you can trust

Before a single bid changes, I verify that every lead source is counted once and counted correctly. Clean data is not admin work — it is the thing that makes every later decision right.

Reporting you can actually read

You get leads, cost per lead, and which campaigns booked real jobs. No 40-page deck, no impression counts dressed up as progress. If a month was weak, the report says so.

ROI over vanity metrics

Clicks and impressions do not pay wages. I optimize toward booked jobs and revenue, and I will happily turn off a campaign that looks busy but never produces work.

How I Work

Four steps, in this order, every time

The order is the method. Skipping ahead to optimization is how accounts end up expensive.

  1. 01

    Research & Setup

I learn your service area, your best jobs, and what a customer is actually worth to you. Then the account gets built around that — not around a template.

    • Market & competitor review
    • Offer and budget mapping
    • Clean account structure
  2. 02

    Audit & Strategy

If you already run ads, I show you exactly where the money leaks: wasted search terms, broken conversions, bids working against you.

    • Full account audit
    • Wasted spend report
    • A plan with priorities
  3. 03

    Tracking & Measurement

Every call, form and booking gets tracked properly through GTM and GA4 — including the jobs that close days later, offline.

    • GA4 + GTM build
    • Enhanced conversions
    • Offline & server-side tracking
  4. 04

    Optimize & Scale

With clean data feeding Google’s AI bidding, budget moves toward what books real jobs. Then we grow it carefully.

    • Smart bidding tuned to revenue
    • Monthly reporting you can read
    • Controlled budget scaling

Expertise

Everything needed to run Google Ads properly

Strategy, tracking and management under one roof — so nothing falls between your ads person, your web developer and your analytics tool.

  • Google Ads Strategy

A plan built around your service area, your margins and the jobs you actually want more of.

You stop guessing where the budget should go.

  • Google Ads Setup

Campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negatives and extensions built clean from day one.

A new account that does not need rescuing in month three.

  • Optimization & Management

Ongoing search term cleanup, bid strategy tuning, ad testing and landing page feedback.

Cost per lead goes down while lead quality holds.

  • Google Ads Audit

A line-by-line review of the account with a written list of what is losing money and why.

You see the leaks before you spend another dollar.

  • Conversion Tracking

Calls, forms, chats and bookings tracked accurately — with duplicates and phantom conversions removed.

The numbers in your report match the jobs on your calendar.

  • Google Tag Manager

One clean container instead of scripts scattered across your site by three different agencies.

Faster site, fewer broken tags, easier changes later.

  • Google Analytics 4

GA4 configured properly: real events, correct attribution, no bot traffic polluting the data.

Analytics you can trust enough to make decisions with.

  • GA4 Reporting & Insights

A dashboard in plain English — leads, cost per lead, which campaigns book work.

    A five-minute read instead of a forty-page PDF.

  • Enhanced Conversions

First-party data sent securely to Google so conversions are still counted after cookies drop.

Recovers conversions you were quietly losing.

  • Offline Conversion Tracking

Closed jobs pushed back from your CRM into Google Ads with their real value.

Google learns to find buyers, not just form fillers.

  • Server-Side Tracking

Measurement moved server-side for better data durability across browsers and ad blockers.

Your data survives the next privacy update.

  • Microsoft Clarity

Heatmaps and session recordings that show where visitors hesitate before they leave.

Fix the page instead of blaming the traffic.

  • AI-Powered Ads Automation

Google’s automated bidding and asset systems, steered with clean conversion data and firm guardrails.

The machine works for you instead of burning budget.

Working Together

A consulting engagement, not a package deal

I do not publish tiered pricing, because a three-van HVAC company and a multi-location dealership do not need the same thing. Scope is agreed after the call, in writing, before any money changes hands.

I take on a small number of clients at a time so each account gets real attention.

  1. Discovery call

    Free · 30 minutes

Thirty minutes. I ask about your service area, your best jobs and what you are spending now. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

  2. Audit

    Fixed fee · 5–7 days

A full review of your Google Ads account, conversion tracking and analytics, delivered as a written list of what is broken and what it is costing you.

  3. Strategy

    Included with engagement

A plan built around your margins: which campaigns to run, what to track, what to stop doing, and what results to reasonably expect by when.

  4. Implementation

    Typically 2–3 weeks

Tracking built and verified first, then campaigns rebuilt or launched. You approve before anything goes live and you keep ownership of every account.

  5. Growth

    Monthly retainer

Ongoing management with monthly reporting in plain English. Budget scales when the data earns it — not because it is the start of a new quarter.

Questions

Straight answers before you book

The ten things business owners ask me most, answered the way I would answer them on a call.

It depends on your service area and what one job is worth to you, but most local service businesses I work with start between $1,500 and $5,000 a month in ad spend. I would rather start you lower with accurate tracking, prove the numbers, then scale — than push a big budget at an account nobody can measure.

Because Google’s bidding is powered by your conversion data. If half your calls are missing, or one form counts three times, the AI optimizes toward the wrong people and you pay for it every day. Measure first, optimize second — it is the whole reason accounts I take over start improving without a budget increase.

Tracking is usually clean within the first week or two. Campaign performance typically starts moving in 30 to 60 days, because smart bidding needs a few weeks of accurate conversion data before it settles. Anyone promising results in seven days is selling you something.

It is the system that tells Google which clicks turned into real enquiries — a phone call, a form, a booking, a chat. Without it you only know how many people clicked. With it you know which keywords, ads and areas actually produce work, so budget can move toward them.

Google Ads conversions tell you what your ads produced, and they feed the bidding. GA4 shows you the wider picture — all traffic sources, how people move through your site, where they drop off. You want both, configured so they agree with each other.

Yes. Calls from ads and from your website are tracked as conversions. For jobs that close days or weeks later, I set up offline conversion tracking so your CRM sends the closed job and its real value back into Google Ads. Google then learns to chase buyers rather than tyre-kickers.

Never. Your Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager and Search Console accounts stay in your name, under your billing. I get access as a manager. If we ever stop working together, everything I built stays with you.

Enhanced conversions sends hashed first-party data — like an email from your form — securely to Google so a conversion is still matched when cookies are blocked. Most accounts recover a meaningful share of previously invisible conversions. If you run lead generation, yes, you want it.

Most of my work is auto repair, detailing, dealerships, junk removal, cleaning, HVAC and home services, because I know the buying behaviour there. If you are a service business with a phone that should be ringing more, book a call and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right fit.

A monthly report in plain English: leads, cost per lead, what changed, and what I am doing next. You also get a live dashboard you can open any time. No jargon, no screenshots of impression counts to fill pages.
